Refurbishment
Fletchrose have been involved in a vast assortment of investment
and refurbishment work in the last 4 years, which included
high rise tower blocks, in need of complete restoration to
all communal areas, void properties which in some case are being
changed from flats, to much larger houses which includes vast
amount of new wall partitions and structural alterations.
Fletchrose are looking at expanding both their customer base by
working outside of the North West, and also the work in which
they undertake. Specialist projects involving security fencing,
electrical work, bespoke joinery and hotel fit out are all
avenues in which Fletchrose have recently began to pursue, and if
the previous 12 months expansion is a benchmark that is to
beaten this year, it will place Fletchrose right up there as a
preferred contractor.
